Wandusoa Organic Cameroon is tackling the global soil degradation crisis through regenerative agriculture. In rural Cameroon, where most farmers rely on chemical pesticides and monoculture, soil health and the environment are rapidly deteriorating. To combat this, Wandusoa runs a regenerative agriculture school that trains marginalized youth in sustainable farming practices like agroforestry and permaculture.

Their “learning by doing and earning” approach equips students with both business skills and practical agricultural experience. Since launching in 2023, Wandusoa’s “Restore and Preserve Topsoil” project has already trained and graduated 10 students, with 65% starting their own regenerative farms. By restoring topsoil and promoting sustainable farming, Wandusoa is building a healthier future for both communities and the environment.
