The Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO) helps entrepreneurs and organizations to invest, develop and expand their businesses and projects, both in the Netherlands and abroad. ROV is a government agency which is part of the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy.
